I did it. I bought candy BEFORE Halloween, afraid that only the crappy candy would be left if I waited any longer. I'm sitting here with mini-Butterfingers, ghost-shaped Reese's, and Kit-Kats calling my name while working on this newsletter. Is anyone with me?
We have entered THE season of excess food, busy schedules, and holiday celebrations. You know, - that time of year when we FALL OFF TRACK with our fitness and nutrition, making January the BOOMING season in the fitness world. Wouldn't it be nice to make it through the next few months without feeling like a bloated blob of fat and sugar? Wouldn't it be nice to make it to January as unscathed as possible and as ON TRACK as possible?

EXERCISE WEEKLY FOR A MINIMUM OF 180 MINUTES
DAILY CONSUME AT LEAST 64 OZ. OF WATER
WEEKLY PLAN/PREP A MINUMUM OF 10 MEALS (Do not let this scare you! It does not have to be gourmet, and you can repeat meals.)

AVERAGE weight loss was 6.6 pounds. AVERAGE fat loss was 4.5 pounds. AVERAGE muscle loss was 1 pound. THE OVERALL WINNER was WAYNE GARRETT, who lost 48.17% of his body fat and GAINED 4 pounds of muscle! Congratulations, Wayne! Wayne is the winner of the $300 cash prize! Also, congratulations to WILSON TOWNSEND who lost 24.8 pounds, 20.7 of which were body fat and ONLY lost 1.8 pounds of muscle in the process!
