Stronghold's 2023 Holiday Challenge
Don't let the busy holidays distract you from taking care of yourself!
We want to help you stay on track with our Holiday Challenge!
WORKOUTS
Exercise a minimum of 180 minutes a week
MEAL PREP
Weekly plan/prepare a minimum of ten meals
HYDRATION
Consume at least 64oz. of water every day
Challenge Dates: Monday, October 30th - Saturday, December 23rd (8 weeks)
Cost: $15, paid via Venmo (rebecca-dotson-4), check (made out to Stronghold Fitness LLC) or cash.

Prize: If you complete the challenge, you will receive a $20 Stronghold gift card to be used toward Stronghold apparel. Your name will also be entered into a raffle for a $100 gift card for any of Stronghold's services!

What is Macro-Counting?
Macro-Counting is measuring the breakdown of calories into macronutrients (carbs, fat, and protein)
Macro-Counting is a great way to lower your body fat percentage while still retaining (or even gaining) muscle. We often find that, without counting macros, losing weight may be counterproductive if the right amount of each macronutrient is not consumed. Why? Because you need the right amount of each macronutrient to keep muscle and lose fat instead of vice versa.
